01. NCC Compliance

  • We construct our permanent homes in accordance with NCC guidelines, incorporating the ‘Livable Housing Design Standard’ into our designs. Our plans underwent modifications in 2024 to accommodate necessary features such as circulation space in bathrooms, provisions for grab rails, and wider hallways and doorways.

02. Material Compliance

  • All Tapware is watermarked with plumbing inspection locations designed into each module.
  • Materials are tested and only used if compliant with Australian standards and a suitable certificate is provided

03. Cyclone Resilient

  • Cyclonic Rating of C1 is standard with all designs.
    Our designs can be upgraded to suit C2 Cyclonic conditions. We have built projects in high-cyclone zones such as Cairns, QLD.

04. Earthquake Resistant

  • Earthquake resistant up to magnitude 6.9

We have experience working in high seismic zones including projects in New Zealand and China.

05. Bal Rating

  •  All our standard designs are compliant to BAL 12.5
    If you require a higher BAL rating for your site, we can achieve BAL 40. Our high fire ratings can be done with minimal costs to upgrade compared to typical construction.

06. Energy Efficiency

  •  By carefully executing the design, construction, and material choices, we can attain an 8-star energy-efficient dwelling. Our standard designs achieve this 8-star energy rating when oriented to the north.

We have installed homes in rural locations with high BAL ratings. Our highly energy efficient homes require less heating and cooling than standard homes making them far cheaper to run.

07. Termite Resistant

  • Our homes are built with a durable steel framework. This design minimises the need for repairs and maintenance over time, as they are resistant to termites and other structural issues, such as warping and rotting.

08. Flood Smart Architecture

  • Modular can be a great option in flood prone areas, as the modules can be lifted easily, and minimal on site construction is required at heights. Please enquire about site-specific pricing for elevating your home.
