While our availability for custom projects is limited throughout the year, don’t hesitate to reach out if you believe our Cribs could be a perfect fit for your needs. Our modulars can be designed as either class 1A dwellings or secondary dwellings.

Our dedicated design team collaborates closely with your budget, vision, and site particulars to ensure the final product not only aligns with the site context and functions optimally but also evolves into a stunning residence for you to enjoy with friends and family for many years to come.

Upon engaging with our design team, you will receive a variety of floor plan options that can be customised to meet your specific requirements. Whether your floor plan involves a single module or multiple modules for larger residences, the layout is adaptable to suit the parameters of your site.

Once a layout is chosen, our team will work with local consultants for approvals. When approved manufacturing can begin.

All site preparation activities preceding the arrival of the modular home will be conducted during this period. Upon transportation of the modules to the site, the necessary trades will be engaged to carry out the home installation. Any additional cladding or external elements will be expertly installed on-site by the builder.
