Brisbane City Retreat
Situated on a tight innercity block, this custom designed ‘module stack’ incorporated two modules to create separate living spaces. The extended deck and courtyard space for each unit creates lovely areas for users to ‘feel at home’ in this city accommodation.

The installation of the modules on-site was carried out by KERDIC. After the modules were positioned, cladding, decking, and additional roofing were added.

Outdoor Entertaining
The interior design of each module featured a fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment, including a bathroom, kitchen, and a open living and dining area. These apartment modules were specifically created for short-term accommodations in the city and were utilised as Airbnbs by the client.
