Nestled within a compact inner-city block, this custom-designed ‘module stack’ features two separate residences. The expanded decking and courtyard space for each unit offer delightful spots for residents to truly feel at home in this urban accommodation.

Situated in Ipswich, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence was thoughtfully designed to accommodate the flood-prone location. Elevated 4 meters high with parking spaces underneath, this choice provided a cost-effective and time-efficient solution.

These modular cabins designed for wedding accommodation allow guests to fully appreciate the expansive beauty of the Lockyer Valley in Queensland, Australia. Featuring a ‘U’ shaped floor plan that combines three modules in each cabin, the internal deck links all areas and establishes an ideal entertainment space for guests to take in the stunning views. Modular construction is particularly well-suited for sloped sites, utilising pier post stumps to elevate the design while minimizing disruption to the natural landscape.

For affordable housing solutions, we have developed numerous designs utilising our modular units, featuring a simple roof over deck. We encourage all our clients to add a generously sized covered deck to expand their living areas. 

This four-level apartment complex exemplifies affordable yet stylish residential living. Featuring 24 modular units, each apartment includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living areas that extend to a private balcony. Installation for this project is set for 2025, so stay tuned for updates!
