Our Plug & Play range, as the name indicates, provides an ideal solution that is easy to set up and transport, much like a caravan. This option offers a semi-off-grid functionality, allowing power and water to be sourced while maintaining off-grid capabilities for waste disposal, such as using a composting toilet.
Once the Crib has been built, you will have the opportunity to view and inspect it at our office in Darra, Brisbane. If you’re unable to visit in person, we can arrange a video call for you to see the home before it is delivered on-site.
Off-Grid Package
Additional: $25,000.00
The Cove Off-Grid package contains everything you need to live fully off-grid with solar battery back-up and water storage included.
This cost includes allowances for our electrician and plumber to install the solar and water storage systems on-site. It is applicable only to our designated setup zones from our Brisbane office. If you’re located outside this area, please reach out to us for a custom quote and to discuss suitable options for off-grid set-up.

To reduce electricity consumption, be mindful of the appliances you use and choose energy-efficient options. Keep in mind that if you add air conditioning or install a conventional refrigerator, your system might need an upgrade.

The delivery of the Crib to your location is unique and may differ depending on your specific site and accessibility. All Cribs are transported from our warehouse in Darra, Brisbane.
We have established relationships with transportation companies that we can help coordinate with for delivery to your site. If you are located within our designated setup zone, we can assist in organizing delivery and on-site placement. Please note that in most instances, a crane will be necessary to ensure the modular is positioned correctly.
For orders outside our setup zone, we can help provide a quote for truck transport; however, you will need to handle the delivery and positioning on-site yourself.
